We will follow the WHM method based on three pillars: Breathing, Cold Exposure, and Mindset.
We will shift through different breathing techniques followed by an ice cold water immersion, using the power of the cold to burn fat, boost our immune system, reduce inflammation and enhance nature’s own mood boosters.
We are always breathing, yet we’re mostly unaware of its tremendous potential. Heightened oxygen levels hold a treasure trove of benefits.
