Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while synchronizing their breath to their movements. Shayne’s classes integrate a dynamic flow with the application of precise alignment, meditation, visualization and intention, creating an inner journey towards healing and empowerment.

This practice is designed to systematically stimulate the organs, glands, nervous system and move freshly oxygenated blood to the entire body as you release tension and simultaneously develop faith and intuition.

Max Tayar

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Max Tayar pulls from her 20+ years of experience in yoga and fitness to create a unique, personal, and moving yoga experience. Students who come to class with an open mind will experience a powerful mix of Vinyasa flow, elements of Iyengar, even Bikram, Kundalini and breath work. Max does hands on adjustments (with student permission). Max’s yoga classes are a mix of intense sweaty yoga followed by a relaxing journey to your core.
